Event description:

We are pleased to confirm that the East Midlands Branch will be hosting a team building day at Beaumanor Hall for an informally-competitive day of fun team activities, consisting of a mixture of physical and mental challenges. Lunch will also be provided.

Activities are likely to include the following:

1. Nightline – Without the benefit of sight, negotiate the forest obstacles to collect and transport your treasure.

2. Challenges – Working together in their teams they will have to problem solve and communicate the solutions to the challenges set before them. Some may be a little physical some maybe mentally challenging.

3. Land Buggies – Using some basic equipment, construct a vehicle that will carry your team around the course.

4. Score Course Orienteering – Using your excellent communication skills, navigate your team around the grounds to score the most points in the allocated time.

All participants should be aware of the outdoor and physical nature of the activities and dress appropriately. Please ensure the instructors on the day are made aware of any medical conditions affecting involvement in the activities.
