Briefing / Professional development for finance staff at integrated care boards (ICBs)
ICBs were established in July 2022 and as such all ICB finance staff are relatively new to their roles. Though many have worked at clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), we recognise that the roles and skills needed by ICB finance teams are different to those of CCG finance teams.
We have created a guide with links to key training, tools and publications to support ICB finance staff. The guide is not intended to be exhaustive but signposts key resources which are available as at June 2023.
Our aim is to make it easier for ICB finance staff to find and access resources to help develop their skills and support them with the challenges they face.
