Daniel, a senior costing lead at NHS England, is driven to develop costing data that streamlines preparation and proves beneficial for the NHS. With 21 years of experience in NHS finance and costing, seven of which were spent at NHS England, Daniel brings extensive expertise to his role. 

Having served as both an NHS provider and a commissioner at various points in his career, Daniel intimately understands the challenges of programme budgeting submissions and is committed to leveraging available technology and the wealth of costing data to alleviate this burden.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Daniel is a dedicated family man, cherishing time outdoors with his five children, aged between 9 and 17, particularly in his allotment garden.
