Bill is a HFMA past president and a member of the national NHS financial improvement team, supporting a number of healthcare systems across the UK. He has 25 years of healthcare experience as a director for acute hospitals, as well as mental health and community service organisations
Bill is a chartered accountant and has worked across the NHS and private sector, gaining experience in financial management, IT, estates, planning and business development. He is also a governor at Anglia Ruskin University.
