News alert / Shaping digital skills training
The NHS Digital Academy is looking for help to ensure its learning resources meet the needs of the NHS workforce. It is proposing to hold short discussions with staff from all roles. It is keen to hear about the challenges staff face in their work, their experiences and expectations around digital skills, education and training. The feedback will help to shape the academy’s strategy and future learning resources. Discussions can be as short as 30 minutes and can be held online on a day and time to suit participants up until 8 March 2024. Discussions can be one-to-one or as part of a focus group. There are also opportunities to take part in a ‘mini NHS’ workshop away day. All feedback will be treated anonymously. Anyone wanting further information, or to express interest in taking part, should share their contact details via the online form.
