About this workshop

This workshop delved into the work carried out in the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent system to redesign and transform their CHC service. This was driven by an escalation of costs and a desire to improve patient care.

The workshop roughly followed the below agenda:

• outline of the project and its aims
• provider collaborative - the undertaken on transferring and redesigning commissioning and delivery
• overview of individual programme workstreams:
