What to expect

This roundtable session will facilitate collaboration between finance and workforce professionals from Wales and England. It's an opportunity to exchange best practice in addressing the workforce challenge and collectively enhance productivity in our respective regions.

The session will feature a diverse panel of experts hailing from England, Wales, and around the world. Notable participants include Jeff Buggle, Regional director of finance at NHS England - South West; Karen Beech, Interim director of HR & OD at NHS England - South West; Catherine Phillips, Executive director of finance at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board; John Drew, Director of staff engagement and experience at NHS England; and Kaveh Safavi, Senior managing director at Accenture Global.
