The Northern Branch looks forward to welcoming you back to this years annual conference.  

This one day event followed by an evening of celebration will bring colleagues from across the region together to celebrate success, reconnect, reflect and learn as we adapt to the changing world of the NHS.  

The committee are working hard to pull together another exciting line-up of presenters and speakers for throughout the day.  A full programme will be published online once everything has been finalised!

Recognising and celebrating the success of our regional finance teams and colleagues achievements is a very important part of the Northern Branch conference, with this year being no exception!
Awards categories and nomination forms are now available.  If you feel that your team or a colleague deserves recognition this year please take the time to nominate them...and remember, recognition and a kind word can go a long way!

Due to last years ticketing options being a great success, we are offering similar packages again this year.

Anyone attending the conference will also have a place at the evening awards celebration and gala dinner. You will have the option to 'opt out' of attending the evening event when making your booking. We kindly ask that if you are unable to attend the evening that you confirm this at that point. If you are unable to attend the conference but would like to attend the evening celebration event, a discounted ticket is also available.

Northern Branch Awards

The HFMA Northern Branch Awards sponsored by Mazars are back to mark excellence in NHS Finance across the North East and North Cumbria region.

The awards will be presented at the Northern Branch Annual Conference Dinner on the evening of Friday 21st June 2024 at The Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa. This is an excellent opportunity to recognise local achievements, hard work and commitment within the regional healthcare community alongside colleagues and friends.

The judging panel will consist of the Northern Branch Committee which is made up of members in different roles within a number of Trusts and NENC ICB. The judges will select the winning person / team which in their view is the best entrant in line with the criteria for the award.

Who Can Enter?

These Branch awards are open to all healthcare organisations within the North East and North Cumbria Region.

Entries

All entries must be received by 5pm Friday 29th March 2024.
Submissions should explain why your nomination is deserving of the award and be no longer than 1,000 words, *please remember to include any relevant supporting evidence*.

Awards criteria will be shared with your HFMA Champion and can also be requested via email at [email protected]
