Event / HFMA Eastern Branch: Lunch & Learn - Local authority working

The HFMA Eastern branch is pleased to be delivering a series of ‘lunch and learn’ sessions over the coming months. The events are available free of charge to NHS employees.

This session will provide an insight into the differences between local authority and NHS finances helping participants to ‘Get to Know your Partner’ better.  Having worked in both the NHS and Local Government, Gavin will focus on how decisions are made, working with councillors rather than regulators and how we can best work together.

The session will be delivered by Gavin Bultitude, Assistant Director of People Services, Strategy, Suffolk County Council.
