Would you like to know more about the delegation of Specialised Commissioning to ICBs and the impact for finance?

This session will explain what delegation means for the commissioning finance community, provide an overview of some of the key financial considerations and opportunities arising from the transfer of funding to ICBs from 2024/25 and explain some of the preparation work which has been undertaken so far.

The session is aimed at finance colleagues working in commissioning/contracting in local systems, but everyone is welcome!

The session will be led by Moji Fasanya, Deputy Director of Commissioning Finance, NHS England – East of England Region. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the session.
