Supporting finance staff working in the mental health and learning disability sector.
The Mental Health and Learning Disability Steering Group is a group of finance directors and deputy chief executives working in mental health provider organisations nationally. The group meets quarterly to discuss the latest financial strategy and developments in mental health delivery. The group has formally inputted to national agendas such as the mental health investment standard (MHIS) and the NHS long term plan, however their main role is to inform events content and technical work to be undertaken by HFMA on mental health finance issues.
