This is the HFMA’s response to NHS Improvement’s consultation on oversight of NHS-controlled providers. The response was prepared with input from the Provider Technical Issues Group and the Policy and Research Committee.

Our members are generally supportive of the new arrangements for reporting with some questions about the detail.
