HFMA response / HFMA response to the consultation on the revised NHS enforcement guidance

The HFMA agrees with the proposals but also suggests that the guidance would benefit from a summary of the action that NHS England may take and the circumstances in which that action might be taken.

It would also be helpful if the guidance was reordered with and additional explanations and definitions were included.
