HFMA response / HFMA evidence to the House of Lords Select Committee on the long-term sustainability of the NHS
The HFMA has submitted written evidence to the House of Lords Select Committee inquiry into the long-term financial sustainability of the NHS. The submission is based on the views of the HFMA and its members and draws on HFMA publications and research.
The HFMA welcomes this inquiry and we are hopeful that it will lead to changes that support the long-term sustainability of the NHS and a debate about the level of resources the government devotes to the NHS and whether it is sufficient to meet demand now and in the future.
