Zoe has worked in the NHS for 20 years starting her NHS finance career in Great Yarmouth PCT as a Management Accountant and leaving 13 years later having been CFO for Great Yarmouth and Waveney CCG for the last 4 years of her time there. She left the CCG to take a role in the national finance team leading financial planning before she joined the regional finance team in the summer of 2019. She took the reigns as Regional Director of Finance in July 2022 having been deputy RDoF for 2 years. Zoe is also the joint lead for the Women in Leadership for Finance network which she established along with Nicola Brooks in 2020 firstly as an East of England network and latterly as a network that spans the country to raise awareness of the lack of diversity at senior NHS financial leadership level and raise awareness of the benefits of diversity in decision making. She is CIMA qualified.
