Coach / Tracey Purvis

HFMA coach

Is your life or career not fulfilling?  Do you have imposter syndrome?  Do you feel like you have to be one person at work and another at home?  If so, I maybe able to help.  I am a coach and counsellor working in private practice.  After working in organisations for over 25 years I realised I had a passion for helping people fulfil their potential. I started my career with the Audit Commission where I qualified with the Chartered Institute of Public Financial Accountants, and then moved into NHS Finance, working more recently with NHS Shared Business Services.  This experience has given me an understanding of some of the challenges of working at all levels in the NHS.

I have supported a range of people to fulfil their career aspirations through line management and mentoring, as well as developed apprenticeship schemes and graduate training programmes. I  have experience of working with individuals who want to develop their softer skills, including leadership and communication and I can help you with stress management strategies.

What do people say about me?
'Tracey offered me insights which helped me realise how I was making my working life difficult. She gave me tools and actionable changes that helped me develop for the better.  Thank you for your guidance and good counsel.'
'Tracey helped me to see my situation from a different perspective, and I always left our sessions feeling more optimistic and positive.'
