Chief finance officer
Tom Shearer has recently taken on the role of chief finance officer at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to this, he played a significant role in finance leadership at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As part of his role, Tom is actively engaged in promoting diversity in healthcare finance through his involvement in a program offering placements to school leavers from underrepresented backgrounds
