Prior to becoming an executive and leadership coach, Suzanne has worked over 30 years in the health service, with nearly 20 years at an executive director level, firstly as a director of finance/chief financial officer and with the last seven as a chief executive officer at a large trust with approximately 14,000 staff.

Suzanne has a particular interest in change management, organisation and board development and talent management. Suzanne has a natural ability to connect and engage with people at all levels creating a safe space for clients to explore their issues and identify realistic and sustainable solutions.

Coaching Approach 
Suzanne is passionate about fostering a collaborative coaching approach that prioritises individual needs and organisational objectives. Through active listening, insightful questioning, and empathetic guidance she helps leaders gain clarity, set realistic goals, and work towards achieving sustainable results. Her coaching style is rooted in trust, empathy and pragmatism with constructive challenge where needed, ensuring a confidential environment where clients feel supported and empowered.
