Trustee / Richard McCallum

Richard McCallum is the director of health finance and governance at the Scottish Government where he has responsibility for the effective stewardship of the £15 billion Health and Sport Portfolio budget. 

Richard’s finance career began with KPMG, where he worked in external and internal audit.  Since 2010 he has worked at the Scottish Government in various roles, including a two-year period heading the financial services department at NHS Fife.
