Neena has operated at Board and Senior management level for many years and currently is a Founding Director of Peak 44 Ltd a company which provides management consultancy and training services worldwide. Neena is a former CEO of Bellis-Jones, Hill and Prodacapo, one of the vanguard providers of PLICS to the NHS. A qualified management accountant Neena has specialist knowledge and experience of strategy development and change management, business process improvement and performance management.
A specialist in PLICS application to drive improvement, Neena leads on our Patient Level Costing Module at HFMA. In addition to her 20 years’ experience with the Healthcare industry her experience spans a range of industries including blue chip companies, Financial Services, Utilities, Technology, Sport and Pharmaceuticals. Building strong business relationships easily is at the forefront of her success.
Neena lectures for MSc Business Management Programmes as well providing Professional Development training for Qualified Accountants. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA).
Neena has a passion for training, coaching and mentoring others and a desire to share her knowledge and experience. She is a Trustee for the charity Music, Mind and Spirit and a volunteer for The Kelly Foundation, a charity providing mental health support in the local community.
