Speaker / Martha Biza

Martha has worked in the NHS for 16 years and started her career at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital as a Finance Officer. Through the years Martha has developed a passion for Equality Diversity and Inclusion through her own experiences as a member of a marginalised community. This led Martha to participate in various networks that raise awareness on challenges faced by underrepresented groups. 

Currently, Martha is a Finance Business Partner within the Income Team at Royal Papworth, alongside being an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion ambassador for Finance. She is also involved in planning events for Students and supports a regional student network.
