With over 35 years experience in professional workforce roles predominantly within the NHS, she is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and am committed to developing resilient leaders. This experience is combined with the ability to work across and within professional and hierarchical boundaries combining in-depth expertise and professional leadership in Workforce, OD, Transformation and corporate development with operational and strategic management.
Style: Her aim as a coach is always to provide both support and challenge. She offers an encouraging, direct and open approach using a range of techniques to support each client to achieve their full potential. She is practical and pragmatic in style and my practice is based on framing issues or challenges and providing the client with the tools and space to identify the appropriate solution or action for themselves.
