Style:

Jonathan’s development as a coach has been heavily influenced by the Solutions Focus approach. He sees coaching as a process of building self-awareness and commitment to action. He aims to build rapport quickly, with a friendly and relaxed approach, and to find the optimum balance between challenge and support.  He encourages and enables coachees to make sense of situations, think creatively and make firm decisions.
