James is a Managing Strategy Consultant within our Enterprise Strategy team. An expert in Value Orchestration, he helps national and local NHS organisations optimise their spend by identifying, prioritising and realising value in a sustainable manner. He's developed this through years of working across ten Trusts, two National Bodies and a secondment - with cycles of experience in the Public Sector and Financial Services.
