Speaker / Emma Mint

Emma has worked for Mid & South Essex for 15 years, originally at Broomfield Hospital before the merger with Southend and Basildon hospitals.

After completing the ACCA qualification in the private mental health sector Emma joined the NHS in 2009.  She worked in various roles in Financial Management before moving across to Costing & Benchmarking 12 years ago.  

Emma's current role in the Benchmarking arm of team supports the organisation in an educational as well as analytical capacity to utilise the information and resources available to best serve our patients and population.
