Dr Bagga is a mum of two and has multiple leadership roles. She is the GP Principal of her GP Practice, Lead for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams in a North-West London PCN, a GP Mentor & Coach for fellow doctors, Tutor for Medical students and Clinical Supervisor for allied health professions in primary care.
Having worked in the NHS for many years and risen above her personal & work stresses, Dr Bagga has empowered herself and others with mindful self-care tools and techniques. She has also written a self-care hack e-book for busy professionals and published articles in international leadership magazines on her holistic signature coaching style of the “Mindful TEA- Thoughts Emotions Actions.”
