Trustee / Dawn Scrafield

Dawn is the chief finance officer at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. She is a qualified and seasoned finance professional with 25 years’ experience at senior and board levels, with a successful track record of achievements operating as a director and deputy chief executive in complex multi-site NHS organisations.

Prior to joining the Mid and South Essex Hospitals Group, Dawn supported the successful merger of Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals, to form East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust.
