Speaker / Amanda Weston

Amanda has worked for Mid & South Essex for 22 years, originally at Basildon Hospital before the merger with Southend and Mid Essex hospitals.

Amanda started as a trainee in the Financial Management team, whilst she completed her CIPFA qualification. She continued to work in the Financial Management team for a number of years, before joining the Capital Accounting team for a few years.

Amanda has now been a part of the Costing and Benchmarking team for 10 years and has recently been involved in the move to system costing with the Mid & South Essex ICB.
