Following the adoption of IFRS-16 noviniti has developed solutions that enable Trusts to invest in valuable facilities for staff and patients whilst keeping the projects off balance sheet, therefore not counting towards Trust’s CDEL limits. This means that NHS trusts can continue to invest when central capital resource remains at a premium.

Recent noviniti-funded projects include a 541-space multi-storey car park at Queen Alexandra Hospital and a 2-story Main Entrance with Trust admin facility at Basildon Hospital.
