ELFS Shared Services (ELFS) is an autonomous business division of Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust. ELFS was established in 2002 with 60 staff and now provides financial and payroll outsourcing services to 33 NHS organisations throughout England employing 200 staff at its business centres in Darwen, Lancashire and Manchester.

We offer our clients a wide range of Services including Financial, Payroll, Pensions, Expenses and Transactional HR services under pinned by modern web enabled technology and an experienced, capable work force.
