News alert / NHS adopts agile/hybrid working framework
Following agreement this summer between NHS Employers and the NHS Staff Council, an agile/hybrid working framework has been added to the NHS terms and conditions of service handbook. The framework, issued by NHS Employers, includes guidance and definitions designed to help employers with creating or updating policies that allow for hybrid working. The NHS Staff Council has also issued its own supporting documentation that includes: guidance for regularising the framework; health, safety and wellbeing considerations; and equalities information.
