News alert / HMRC customer insight questionnaire
HM Revenue and Customs' (HMRC) customer insight team want to understand NHS bodies' experiences and interactions with HMRC, identify where things are going wrong and how HMRC can make improvements. It has been working with members of the Tax Centre of Excellence, NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care to develop a questionnaire. This has now been distributed to NHS bodies as stakeholders and they are keen for NHS bodies, rather than an agent or representative, to complete it. They are interested in three areas:
- NHS bodies' experience of contacting HMRC
- NHS bodies' collaborations with universities
- NHS bodies' international interests
The questionnaire is completely anonymous and takes between seven and 15 minutes to complete. It will be open for feedback until 5 January 2024.
