Nearly three quarters (72%) of in-scope NHS organisations have now onboarded to the Atamis procurement system, exceeding NHS England’s 70% target ahead of the planned deadline on 31 March 2024. The Atamis system is freely available to NHS trusts, foundation trusts and ICBs under a central deal with the Department of Health and Social Care. Atamis provides onboarded organisations with a single location to manage procurement, tendering, contracts, suppliers and procurement value and savings.
The Department of Health and Social Care has added 13 more hospitals in England to the list of those that are confirmed to contain reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete.
NHS England has published a comparison document for the standard contract, highlighting changes in 2024/25 compared with the 2023/24 contract.
