Event / Presenting data - using Power BI as a tool for engagement
About this webinar
East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust and Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have both been using Power BI as part of their costing processes to share PLICS information in a clear and easily accessible format.
In this session, Jennifer and Emma give a demonstration of how they use Power BI and share details of the processes they have gone through to make using this approach business as usual. Using this tool has significantly improved the engagement they have had with other parts of the organisation and is now routinely used for a number of purposes including identifying and addressing areas with high costs.
