Sophie Harrison became Interim CFO at Royal Papworth NHS Foundation Trust in November 2023 and brings over 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles across the public sector.
Sophie won the HFMA deputy finance director of the year award and will share her story with us, the journey, achievements and ensuring the patient remains the focus of all activities. She is a keen supporter of staff learning and development and is committed to her team’s wellbeing. Sophie will also talk about taking a lead role in system financial planning and initiating a finance learning programme for non-finance staff.
