Great to have a lot of examples that I can discuss with colleagues in my trust.
As a first conference it set the scene very well in explaining the why and what is currently being done/looked at across the NHS family. The speakers and presentations were all good too.
All [sessions] had great ideas to take forward.

Overall, I enjoyed the event, the agenda was well-structured and did not include repetition of topics from the speakers. The speakers had a wealth of knowledge which was shared with the participants.

- 80% up to two weeks before the first day of the event
- 50% refund between two weeks and two days before the first day of the event
- No refund where cancellation is received with less than two days’ notice
- Tickets can be substituted up until the day prior to the event start, to allow a colleague to attend in place of the original registrant.
