These forums provide our members with a platform to have open, peer-to-peer conversations about specific technical costing challenges and discuss in detail some of the practicalities of implementing the costing standards. The format of this online event allowed attendees to work collaboratively to address some of the current challenges and included sector specific breakouts to allow for tailored discussion. The core of the day was delegate-led, including solution-focused discussions, sharing of advice, good practice and peer support.

The challenge of engagement
In this session, we looked at a topic that comes up a lot during costing together discussions - engaging the organisation in costing. Sarah gave a short presentation on their patient-level costing journey in Plymouth and shared details of their ongoing work to improve engagement.
