This course examines the decision-making process itself: how we make decisions, how we improve our decision-making through using a framework or model and how important decisions are made in the NHS. The course finishes by looking at how decision outcomes are monitored and assessed. Those that complete the course will be able to understand the complexities of shared decision-making in the NHS and what drives the decision-making of both individuals and organisations.
