About this event

A time of crisis is often followed by a surge in innovation and transformation. This forum focused on real-life case studies from NHS organisations who used innovative techniques to traverse the global pandemic and are continuing to use those practices to great benefit. We looked at areas such as technology, value, sustainability and system working.
