Throughout 2020, we've seen the use of technology boom and become embedded in almost everything we do, both at work and in our personal lives.  We're joined by Rhea from Microsoft UK, to talk us through her experience of working remotely and offer her insight into maintaining energy, connection and wellbeing in a remote working environment. Rhea will also offer hints and tips to support a healthy and balanced approach to using Microsoft Teams.
