HFMA response / Response to the engagement document on digital-first primary care

The HFMA has responded to NHS England’s engagement document on digital-first primary care and its implications for general practice payments.

The HFMA are broadly supportive of the proposals to review the funding formula to better reflect the use of digital consultations but have highlighted the need to consider the financial sustainability of both primary care and commissioners.
