HFMA response / The HFMA’s response to the Department of Health and Social Care’s consultation
The HFMA has responded to the Department of Health and Social Care’s consultation on the expansion of the right to have a personal health budgets to groups beyond those in receipt of NHS continuing healthcare (CHC).
The HFMA are broadly supportive of the proposals but have highlighted the need to consider the impact on the finance function, and the extra resources required, to implement the proposals.
