HFMA response / Contracting arrangements for integrated care providers – consultation response
The HFMA has responded to NHS England’s consultation on contracting arrangements for integrated care providers.
The HFMA is supportive of an integrated care provider contract being readily available, but have highlighted concerns that a lead provider system may not create the ideal environment for true integration of services and the associated requirements of sub-contracting arrangements may detract from the task in hand.
