Deputy director of intensive support
Nikki works in the National Intensive Support Team at NHS England supporting Trusts and Systems in the Recovery Support Programme. She has worked on a wide range of NHS improvement projects including regulatory review, oversight and financial modelling working alongside some of the most challenging and complex NHS providers. She currently leads on the Making Data Count approach for Finance. A graduate of the NHS graduate scheme, Nikki has worked in the Cayman Islands and Australia with previous experience in operational and strategic financial management NHS Trust roles, private sector consulting and a healthcare charity.
