Lucy is a CIPFA qualified accountant who has worked in NHS finance since 2016. After graduating from university with a degree in accounting and finance / Spanish, her NHS finance career started on the HFMA regional financial management graduate training scheme with a number of placements across the Black Country in both commissioning and provider organisations. 

She is currently a finance manager in a CCG. She has a relaxed and personal mentoring style, offering a fresh perspective, and is very passionate about training and development. She applied to the mentoring programme as she has benefitted greatly from mentors thus far in her career and would like to help somebody else in the same way.
