John been in the NHS since 2001, starting as a management accountant at the RUH in Bath. He has held positions across both the commissioning and provider functions since this time whilst studying for his CIMA qualification which he passed in 2007 and obtained membership in 2008. Prior to working in the NHS, John had 15 years in industry in various roles. He has worked in specialised commissioning since 2012 and NHS England since 2013

John had a young family through his student years whilst he went through his finance qualifications and did not find studying easy, with some retakes necessary along the way. John would be looking to assist someone who is studying, currently working at a junior level and needs some assistance in getting through the examinations process, especially balancing off the work/home balance
