Emma is an ACCA qualified accountant and has worked in the NHS since 2015 in the finance Team, in a variety of roles, most recently as corporate finance manager.

Before this she worked in a variety of sectors including not for profit and insurance, in roles including head of reporting and head of finance. Her experience covers restructures, cultural change, behaviour frameworks, system implementation, financial modelling and reporting.

Emma has a proactive and positive approach to change and has a wealth of experience in balancing demands to help produce the best results. She enjoys working with people and through all her roles she has driven a collaborative approach across departments to achieve best outcomes for those concerned. She is passionate about being a supportive and inspiring mentor.

Emma is friendly, approachable and encouraging, and enjoys helping people to achieve solutions, accepting and understanding that everybody has different styles and needs.
