Trustee / David Chandler

David is the chief finance officer at North  East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board. He has worked in the NHS for 30 years and has experience in most sectors including acute, community, mental health and commissioning within the North East of England. David is also chair of the HFMA’s Northern Branch and a non-executive director for a large multi-school academy.
