Coach / Bob Baker

Bob Baker is an experienced leadership and organisational development consultant and executive coach.

Bob has substantial experience across a variety of sectors. After working with British Gas in their time as a nationalised industry and as a private company, the NHS, a university and at a consultancy (Office for Public Management) Bob is now using his experience to deliver innovative OD support, facilitation and leadership programmes to a variety of clients.  Bob also works as a tutor for a university on a Post Graduate Certificate module.

He has coached managers in public and private sector organisations, from water companies, managers in Amazon UK, Transport for London, Senior Academics to Executives and senior clinicians in the NHS. This wide experience helps him to work with the realities in various sectors and to support managers to critically examine their own performance and that of their teams.   

Bob is qualified in a wide range of psychometrics and personality instruments including Savile Wave, Margerison-McCann Team Management System, Strength Deployment Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
