Genmed is a leading provider of vendor-neutral managed services. Founded in 2007, Genmed manages over 200 contracts across a range of disciplines including, surgery, endoscopy and pathology, in 42 NHS Trusts working in partnership with them to deliver financial and operational efficiencies.
Genmed operates a ‘Three Pillars model’. The first pillar, Genmed Commercial Services, provides a full-service portfolio of procurement and supply chain activities. Genmed Managed Services provide access to equipment funding, transfer risk from the customer and help to deliver financial and operational efficiencies whilst providing a full choice of equipment, consumables, and maintenance provider. The final pillar, Genmed Knowledge Services, collects, analyses and reports data to enable its customers to understand variation and drive transformation.
Genmed has featured in the London Stock Exchange’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ for the last three years and was a finalist in the ‘2021 HSJ Partnership Awards’ for its work with South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre.
